It's better. :cool2:

Perhaps there are photos out there or somewhere on this board showing the rear control ring setup on my housing but danged if I found them. At first I was taken aback when I opened the box: "Woah! This isn't what I ordered. What's wrong?" Turns out nothing's wrong and it looks like much is right. The rear dial is like the one on the new S100 housing; the wheel that rotates and rocks, mimicking the function of the actual S95 control wheel, is quite large. Best thing is that in manual mode it controls shutter speed and seems like it'll be easy to operate with one thumb. I'm very much looking forward to trying this out.

Thanks to Scott & team at Bluewater photo for their help. And to be fair, a nod to the folks at Reefphoto as well. All were quite polite and helpful as I made my choice.

As you can see from the photos it's not even fully unwrapped yet. Just wanted to pop these up in case anyone else was interested.

Mike

I just got mine from Bluewater too, have had it on two dives and love it. What adapter do you have on it in your photos?

Thanks for the feedback guys! It is greatly appreciated. I just updated the Recsea S95 page with a new photo of the rear control dial.

Be sure to email me some photos you've taken along with the settings you used if you want any feedback.

Scott

Nice to see recsea still supporting the S95 with an upgraded housing. I guess none of it can be retrofitted to the earlier housing. The rear controls are quite fiddly on the model I have, but at least they're there
