so I got a 19cf pony for the holidays. now I need to dress her out. I'll likely build my own sling for it. so I figrue dI would see if any of my GLWC brethren are cleaning out their dive-lockers this winter and have a nice reg set and/or SPG for sale to go on the new rig.

Thanks in advance!

I don't have any spare regs, but I am jealous.

Great gift!

There are plenty of inexpensive regs around. A simple piston reg like the Scubapro MK-2 makes a good choice. As much as I like them, I would not use an old Sherwood, good primary regs but the bleed system creates issues for use as a pony. For gauges, consider one of the small button gauges, they are smaller and one less hose hanging around.

thanks for the advice everyone. I'm super stoked about the pony bottle. I was accused of "fondling" it while watching Tv the other day :dontknow: I've been watching ebay and craigslist. money is kinda tight coming out of the holidays so I'm in the spot of "i really want to outfit my new rig" and "wow, don't wanna open the credit card bill that just came" LOL

I was already planning to go with a button gauge, I'm not entirely sure which reg I'm going to go with tho. I'm looking at the titan or Legend, or the MK series, but I don't know alot about the options for the MK series.

This was my daughters sassy unit converted to a pony bottle.

H2o has a intregrated valve\reg that is about as streamlined and tangle free as you can get. I will dig my orginal model out and put a price on it.
