GoPro Hero 3 Mount for Diving?

Hello everyone,

I've been using the head mount when diving with my GoPro, but was wondering what everyone else uses. do you guys handhold?

BTW, I don't spear......just snorkel and scuba.

I have tried a lot of different mounts, I finally settled on the SRP Tray
You milage may vary depending on what you want from your videos, lots of people want shots of them while they are underwater and that's best achieved using a pole mount, but if you're strictly looking for a stable platform to shoot underwater with the GoPro I haven't found anything better than the tray with the LCD backpack.

Z Gear has a GoPro Scuba Mount that attaches directly to the BCD unit, so you get an over the shoulder look perspective.

Just Like gpmc I also use the Z-gear BCD Mount. Just took this footage with hero3 black with no filter at 22m off the coral coast of Fiji two days ago
