I solved my problem. I could not find the GoPro Hero2 dive housing anywhere for a reasonable price. RageCam has them for $147 which is ridiculous. Eye of Mine has aftermarket dive housing but does not include the larger back door for the LCD screen. They also want $75. There are also some used ones available but I a have a used one and I didn't want to risk a perfectly good camera on a unknown housing.
Solution: I sold my GoPro Hero2 with LCD and a bunch of accessories (not the dive housing) and then bought a Intova Sport HD II for $150 on Amazon. After taxes and shipping I came out a little ahead and I now have a new camera with LCD that is dive ready out of the box. I dove it yesterday (Saturday) and it worked great.
