Good video light for GoPro 8

Hi all, can someone recommend a few good video lights for my new GoPro 8? I already have a UW housing and will also use a rig. How necessary is it to have 2 lights?

I don't know about 2 lights but I use a light&motion 3500 wide beam. I've attached the light to one end of a handle and the gopro to the other so it works nice in one hand.
