Good LDS?

Can anybody recommand any LDS that can offer good price so that I don't need to wait for the big sale or know somebody in the dive shop in order to get a good price?

Where in NorCal are you located? There are a lot of good LDS around, just need an idea of what area you're in to give you a good recommendation.
