Good intro dive spot near Boston

Taking my newly certd(mexico) buddy out. Both our first time diving in NE. I was planning on heading to ft sewal this Saturday when the new England aquarium dive club would be there (I'm technically a member) but any other recommendations for an easy shore dive would be appreciated.

Sorry, meant to emphasize proximity to Boston is paramount. Driving time= diving time

There are many intro dive sites on Cape Ann. We do all our checkout dives there. The different points on the compass allow for diving regardless of wind direction and sea conditions.
