My aunt is planning to go to Riviera Maya and wanted to check out the weather. Has anyone been there in mid-June? How's the weather? Humidity?

My husband and I honeymooned there last August. We stayed at Sunscape Puerto Aventuras. I dove the Cenotes, we swam with the dolphins at Dolphin Discovery, had a private dinner on the beach, and did an ATV ride through the jungle to see another cenote. I had these awesome little newsletters from the resort from every day we were there that had the highs and lows for that day and the weather forcast but I can't seem to locate them at the time. From what I can remember though, the weather was in the high 80's-low 90's. I didn't notice the humidity as much as the sheer hotness, but being from Ohio and a generally cold-blooded person, I basked in it ) It rained a couple of times while we were there, but it's like Florida rain- it comes and goes so quickly that it doesn't really ruin your plans. We really did have an amazing time and may consider revisiting in the future for an anniversary. The resort was fabulous and the activities we did were really a blast! We made lots of great memories. Tell your aunt to have fun and take lots of pictures!
