Well i think I am going to buy a back plate and harness, but I need a little more information first. I think i have decided on a Hammerhead II stainless steel plate from S & W metal products. Looks like a very nice piece. I know I need a harness and wing. I was thinkning either a Dive Rite Rec Wing or Travel wing and the Halcyon Pinoneer. I know the pioneer wing has the STA built in, but do the tank strap(s) come with the harness or wing or do I need to buy them seperately.

Also what is a good source halcyon wings? I need to keep the cost down so I need to find the best price possible.

I'll respond to my trhead since no one else has. I just bought a wing and will be picking up the bp very soon. I went with a Deep Outdoors 40lb wing. I actually would have prefered the 34 lb wing but since i got the bew 40lb wing for $110 I can't complain. Now all i have to do is sell my Seaquest raider that I bought and have yet to dive. THough I may take it with me to Florida in a few weeks because I am not sure I will have the whole BP/Wing setup just yet. Besides I have to buy an octo now since my Raider had an Air Source inflator in it.

I sorry I missed it. I was iced out. If you still have questions let me know either here or via PM I am more than happy to help in any way I can.

If you order ONLY the Pioneer wing from Halcyon, the tank bands DO NOT come with it. You would have to buy them separately.

If you buy the complete Pioneer setup for $505.00 or so, you get everything you need including the tank straps.
