Goals for 2004

I was certified Oct 26, 2003. My main goal for this year is to top 100 dives before the end of 2004, hopefully before my "anniversary date" of my certification. I'm up to 39 dives now so I think I'll be able to do it.

With regards to training - I've got my Nitrox cert now, and next up is DIR-F and AOW in whatever order they happen to fall.

I don't know yet if it's doable, but I'd kind of like to make a trip down to Florida this fall and go see the caverns........

Goals:
Get AOW and Nitrox - still doing, should be done end of may
Get CPR then Rescue - probably over the summer
Get Cavern and maybe intro to cave - this fall
Get some tanks and cave gear - some already ordered (I can only see my creditcard shuddering)
Min 100 dives this year (23 so far, 25+ by end of this weekend), and work my way through the FL diving guidebook
Get to more of the SB events/dives
Annoy H2Andy and fgray1 some more!!

Maybe one day i will get in an actual cave with you and Fred, when we get certified for that, that would be interesting. BTW i think Fred has first call on the smiley!

I have almost half your dive total, but since nov 2003, i am getting there, anyone else want to do cavern/cave stuff (instruction then dives) down here???

my goals for 2004.
1)dive 30-50 times before the end of the year.
2)buy dive comp.
3)take nitrox cert.
4)I'm rescue thru work(you take the class and your aloud to do it on the job but it comes with no organiztions cert.) but I would like to take it thru SSI.
5) dive Outside of the U.S.A.( cruise on the 22 of May will dive in the bahamas)
6)shore dive
7) dive with guys from this board.
BONUS
If I do this that will be the Iceing on the cake.

1. Dive Eleuthera, Bahamas on our 20th anniversary trip, May 26-June 2.
2. Finish my IDC.
3. Successfully complete the IE.
4. Give myself a trip to the Flower Gardens after the IE.
5. Take my twin daughters, age 9, to Disney World in December and dive in the Epcot exhibit with them for their 10th b-day.
6. Get my wife scuba diving again in some warm, tropical water. She had a bad experience several years ago and gave up.
