I would like to bring to your attention that there wasn't one decent guy to choose from on Gilligans Island.

The Professor had brains, Mr. Howell had money, and the Skipper had A BOAT! Seems like a pretty fair selection to me.Kat:
Actually the skipper was lacking a boat at that time or they could have gotten off the island. Mr. Howell wasn't eligible until Mrs. Howell passed away. That leaves one!

First of all, a broken boat is better than no boat at all.
Secondly, Mr. Howell seems like the type who would fool around, Lovey or no Lovey. I'm sure he could get Gilligan to act as his "beard".
BTW, Mike Tapper (N'Pursuit) has had some bad luck: blew an engine a few weeks ago and had to get towed in. He's done for the year.

I'm inclined to agree with Ken, this poll is probably trouble. It's certainly wasn't dive related, so it was either make it dive related or move it to a free fire zone. Just for grins, I've added a couple of DR choices, let's see what happens. If this thread starts to get out of hand, I'm going to disappear it.

Skipper: Anger management problems. Plus too old for me.
Mr. Howell: Way to old for me & he's married. Plus he's a tight wad.
Gilligan: I don't have enough time to list all of his problems.
The Professor: I'm counting him out. Ginger couldn't even get his attention. She flirted & shimmied and couldn't get anywhere with him.
