My inflator appears to have molding flaws, and Dive Rite wants me to send the whole wing back, at my cost, so they can test it and replace it. Dive Rite Express has offered to send me a new inflator and a prepaid envelope to send the faulty inflator back to them. Thats good customer service in my book.

Never had a problem, but they are always there and helpful when i pop in the store or on email or phone when i enquire about stuff.

Another benefit of using an authorized dealer. It doesn't matter if they are "brick and mortar" or internet. I wonder how many grey market dealers provide that service?
