Heading to Gilboa this weekend to get wet, just wondering if anyone else plans on diving this weekend, weather should be nice.!!! Few more weeks should be getting out on the wrecks...

We were supposed to be there but had to move the class to meet-n-greet weekend *sigh* I hate it when my real life gets in the way of my diving :D

That's all right. The class that I am assisting with is the weekend before. I will likely have to get a hotel that Saturday night. At least the shop has given me permission to use my doubles for assisting that course. That's a new policy, but I like it :) .

I was there on April 1st and at 122' it was about 40 degree...Great dive anyways awsome VIS...

Did you happen to see if there was good vis on the shallow side? Is the thermocline starting to establish itself yet? Any idea what the temp is shallow? My wetsuit wearing students want to know ;)

I didnt notice a big temp change on the shallow side either and the vis was excellent on the shallow also. We actually did a multi level off the shallow and it turned out to be an awsome Gilboa dive...Once you go over that wall and ignor the fun stuff like the plane and cars it make for an awsome multie level dive...
