GI Bill and Dive Training

I apologize if this has been asked before, but I was wondering if anyone knew of any dive shops/organizations in the NorCal area that hold dive courses that can covered by either the GI Bill or tuition assistance?

I am in Marysville, CA about two hours from either San Francisco or Lake Tahoe and don't mind too much of a drive if I have to travel to get my certs. I have been put of the sport for a while, but as soon as I get my refresher training done, I want to start working towards Master Diver as well as getting into Technical and Cave Diving. If there is anyway that I can use my benefits to make this happen, that would be great.

Any help would be appreciated.
