I was at Ghostships on Saturday afternoon- excellent show. I saw lots of familiar faces and tried to win some of the silent auction prizes but was outbid at the last moment. Thanks to the sponsors and people who donated items! There were some great deals out there too, including 20%-50% off "brand name" undergarments! Thanks to the vendors, shops, charters, and organizations that have booths out there.

For me, I picked up a few DVDs, a few more pint glasses, a t-shirt, and I got a great deal on a "brand name" reel. Then I had a great dinner with some other divers at one of Milwaukee's finest restuarants. Another great show!

Speaking for all the Michigan Shipwreck Research Associates board members in attendance, we had a great time and really loved hearing the comments about the two programs we presented. Thanks also to everyone who stopped in at our booth and said hi. I also enjoyed hoisting a beer or two with folks both on Friday and Saturday nights at Scooters.

John and Richie did a nice job on Friday evening, Dave Trotter's two shows were as good as ever and Ric Mixter's "Cutter Rescues" was awesome. I only wish I could have been at two places at the same time since I missed so many good presentations.

And thanks again to Kimm and Brad and the GLSRF board for naming MSRA as their grant recipient for the 6th year in a row. Wow!

Hi,
I thought that most of the seminars were better than the ones at Our World. I am greatful that there are shows like ghostships for us lake divers so we can meet, network, and have a pint or four together.
Unfortunatly, I was under the weather for most of the show, I didn't really socialize at the bars afterwords, I will next year.
I would like to give a big thanks to Brad Friend, and his group for orginizing a good show.
See you guys in the water.
Robb

Kimm and Brad and the entire board put hundred of hours into organizing this show every year and I hope they can continue with it. It's all volunteer driven and takes a tremendous amount of work. I know they have a real heart for it, but it still must feel good for them to hear all the kudos from divers and visitors to the show.

The one thing I really am grateful for is the focus on Great Lakes Wrecks (period!). No salt water here! That focus makes this a very special show.

What a great show! And you had to love the Pirate Girl with the Big Guns. It was great seeing all of my old friends again and meeting new ones. I think it is a great testimony to all Great Lakes Divers on how Ghost Ships keeps growing year after year. Brad and Kim are always looking forward on how to keep it fresh and keep it growing.

Anyway Ghost Ships needs your help. I talked with Brad on Monday and he informed me of some bad news. Someone stole his camera out of his car. If anyone has any pictures or video of the show PLEASE HELP by sending in a copy or dropping a copy off at any of the Deep Blue stores. Ghost Ships likes to keep a photo and video diary of every event and they need our help.

It was a great show. Craig, I was at both of your presentations and I'm patiently waiting to dive the Hennepin. Looks like a beautiful wreck. Keep up the good work, and find that darn plane too.
