The video is taken outside Bergen, Norway. Here is a deep fjord (300 - 400 meters) and they come up in shallow wather in the wintertime to eat.

They are mislabelled ghost shark by alot of divers, especially in Norway and Scotland. Probably because it sounds cooler. ;) Same family though. In English they are called rabitt fish and rat fish. They can mainly be found in the eastern part of the Atlantic. From north-west Africa to Norway.
