Hey...
I'm ready to get back underwater. It hasn't been so long that I need a refresher course, however I would love to dive some place mild. I've done a lot of my diving in Laguna at Crescent Bay and Shaws Cove.
Any other suggestions!
Thanks...

I will always reccomend the Avalon Dive Park on Catalina Island and my second would be Laguna but other than that how about San Diego at La Jolla Shores? You might also check with some dive shops and try to go along with one of their club dive excursions; that's good way to dive with some active divers and they usually pick some good sites, or great boat trips.

Ditto on the Dive Park.

Get yourself and a buddy in a pool and practice your skills, that was taught to you.
Mask and Regulator, out of air, fins on and off, work on bouyancy control. You do well, then head to the ocean and practice the same skills and enjoy.

OR

Take a refresher with an instructor, work it from there.
