As one of those females who's teeth chatter when the temp drops below 85, I would recommend a 3mm. As for trying them on...I had very good luck with Aqualflite ordering over the internet. I ordered off the shelf the first time, and while it was a little big through the shoulders, it fit fine. Since my cats have eaten that one, I'm ordering a custom one this time.

For fins, I love my Scuba Pro Twin Jets.

I would guess a 3 mil full would be a good wetsuit and I will have to concur with everyone else about the Henderson Hyperstretch, I just love mine. For fins, I just adore my Cressi Spacefrogs and they seem to be a bit narrower through the foot pocket which is better for my narrow feet.

was XCEL Duraflex glideskin 5mm. I had to custom order in a short, but it has reinforced seams, especially in the kneepads and rear areas where they tend to snag the most. (still working on better bouyancy  The quarry rocks got it a couple of times last summer) I really like the suit alot.
