Georgia Diving

I will be in Columbus & Savannah from TX over Labor Day weekend, anyone know of dive shops or clubs that operate day trips or is the diving even worth while? Internet searches haven't provided much as most operators appear to only organize Florida & Caribbean trips but always try to work in a dive when I am traveling.

Is it worth diving the Atlanta Aquarium? Seems pretty expensive for a ~30min dive...

savannah isnt far from the atlantic....somebody has to have a trip somewhere between there and jacksonville. on your trip home or to ga, why not hit the springs in Northwest florida? or Panama city diving? Our off shore wrecks are pretty nice. ...> make it a point to track down a lionfish, spear and grill it! thats an adventure! to make your trip noteworthy!! hth josh
