Have the USB cable for my Geo 2.0 on order. I have a MacBook Air (2015 vintage). Which software is better/easer to use - DiveLog or MacDive?

Thanks!

Well.... which ever one has an easy way to export to Microsoft Excel, because ultimately if you do keep a dive log for very long, that's what you'll end up doing.

The LAST thing you want is to get your information locked into a specific vendor's offering. Whenever I hear "Apple" my vendor-lock-in alarm goes off so if you MUST use an Apple at least use an app that can be ported to another hardware platform in the future.

R..

I ended up cancelling the USB cable order.
