As you posted this in the genesis forum I have to be somewhat careful, but yes, you should be able to replace the inflator, if Genesis does not sell the part directly, most of the inflators are all interchangeable and you can buy a generic replacement. Call Dive Right in Scuba, or Dive Gear Express, email them the picture and they should be able to provide you with both flanges required for the bladder side as well as a replacement inflator side assembly if you want to replace that as well. It doesn't appear that the flanges were RF welded into the bladder, when that is the case, the bladder does have to be replaced unfortunately and with non bp/w style bcd's, that means the whole thing is junk.
