I love the artificial gill idea.

However I fully expect to have the HUD mask in the next few years. If a computer is going to rot my brain, what a cool way to do it.

It's already there. Has been for a while. I think Oceanic makes them for the US military.

Anyone know when they're gonna invent the little thing that the two Jedi used in "The Phantom Menace" to go diving?

Imagine that....no straps mask no tank no BCD no dangling hoses....just suck on that tiny little sucker and you can breathe and see underwater Now that's COOL =-)
