Anybody know what the average gas price in Mexico is right now?
Trying to figure what I'll be paying. 10 gallons is like 38 Liters, so I need to know about what 38 liters cost, as they have a tendancy to rip you off if you're the dumb tourist. Exchange rate right now is roughly 10/1, 10 pesos = 1 us dollar.

I was just in Mexico 2 weekends ago. The price then was about 7.60/liter I think. I worked it out to just under $3/gal. I'm not sure if this is a nationwide thing, but I know in Sonora gas costs the same at every station since it's regulated by the govt. I would think it's the same in Cabos. Expect to pay about $30 or 300 pesos for the gas.

If you're not going until next week, I can let you know the exact price Monday. Or, just look at the pumps. The price is right on them just like here.

Thanks, just want to get an idea of how much I'll pay vs how much to get.
Sounds like 300 pesos is about 10 gallons, that's all I need.
