Gallery pictures can't be rated - setup

Hi,

I have a simple question ( or two)

Does anyone know how to unable/configure my photo gallery so people can rate my pictures? I recently noticed that the setup won't let you vote. How can that be fixed?
Also, how can i list the number dives I have so far? I can see people list the number of dives(under their names) that they've had so far, but mine shows nothing and I can't seem to find out how to configure that. Do i need tobe a supporting member to list the number of dives or other info?

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Oh Ok..for some reason it wouldn't let a friend of mine rate my pictures at all.
