Gabe Watson will get out of jail in Australia, November 2010. Tina's family responds to Gabe's family:

Watson's family speaks out in this video. They claim that the witness who saw the "bear-hug" was actually the rescuer who brought Tina to the surface. (The problem with that is, the rescuer who brought Tina to the surface did not let Tina go to sink, that is what the witness testified to.) The family also said that witnesses tried to restrain Watson from going back down after Tina after he surfaced. (Although this is the first time I've heard this.) Reporter confirmed that Tina was found with the reg in her mouth.
