A DIVING instructor charged with manslaughter over the death of a Chinese student has no case to answer, a Gold Coast magistrate has found.
Magistrate Michael Hogan today threw out the case against Yuri Bonning, 43.

Amazing that journalists ALWAYS assume that it's O2 and not air that we breathe underwater. It's actually rare when they get it right.
