G2 zipseal difference

Since the G2 zipseal has been out a while, I thought I would get some opinions on it. Does the extra 1.25" really make that much of a difference? I feel like I really have to battle mine to get my head out of it and have been considering the upgrade. I just wanted some opinions as to whether it made a noticeable difference to them or not.

I just picked up a H2O Operations suit at the parking lot sale last month with a G2 neck. A couple of things I have noticed: 1) I am coming from a white's fusion and having a soft neck ring is awesome - no more pressure points on my shoulders. 2) Yes, the larger sized opening is noticeably easier to get into and out of. 3) G2 seals are only available in latex - having a silicon seal is something that I already miss.
