OK, up front I understand that Canon's OEM housing for the G11 is only the starting point for housings, and that others are more substantial, may have other controls, etc. But I'd still like to address this question ...
I read on some forum somewhere, can't recall what or where, that all of the G11 controls are not directly accessible on Canon's own housing WP-DC34, that some controls are only available via a "work-around" method.
As an example, on the Ikelite housing there is a control on the left side (viewed from rear) of the housing, which appears to be absent on the OEM housing. Are there other examples like this?
Can anyone who knows address this question?
