OH CRAP. I just thought of something. do you have to have a floating flag? I do not. And I am not sure if the other SB member that is joining us has one. .........

You are supposed to have one by law. There are occasionally boats that run the beach. On that note, the flag typically doesn't faze them nor change their course. The Whiskey is often dived without a flag, I have never seen anyone have any problem with the law.
The boats are the real problem, but the flag doesn't have an affect during most instances anyway.
