honestly a swing of 10-20 pounds isn't going to push you out of your drysuit. i think you might be overthinking it as the suit isn't going to be skin tight on you. there's wiggle room in it. even if you get a 'cave cut' suit
Yeah, I would be more concerned about your undergarment not fitting you with the extra weight than the trilam drysuit itself.

That's true. I have Thinsulate and that's what my comment was based on.
even modern thinsulate has stretchy panels in it. like my santi 200 and 400g suits and my dui xm450

But it looks fresh.
 
I like my fusion - while it does get hot, so do most other quality drysuits. They are very durable in that you can replace the outer skin when it has become damaged beyond repair - you can also patch the inner bag easily.
