full wetsuit for short and fat

Hi all,
I am 5'6" and 185 lbs. Other than losing 25 lbs. what are some full wetsuits that accomodate a big upper body and neck with a thin lower body? I have tried on several 3mil full suits and the neck is always to tight to breath comfortably. The most comfortable wetsuit i have tried on so far is the henderson hyperstretch (neck is still a little tight). I could go to something less like a 2 or 1 mil but I live in Ohio and dive shops here only carry limited supply of thin suits. I am going to Cozumel in two days and plan on shopping for one there hoping a bigger selection. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am 5'11" and close to 300lbs. I use a 3XL Bare 3mm Velocity steamer. It fits well in all areas, had to have the arms/legs shortened since they are made for 6'5" or so but other than that they are great. They are snug where they have to be and give where they should.
