FS Jacques Cousteau The Ocean World

For Sale the Jacques Cousteau The Ocean World from Danbury Press. Originally printed in 1973 with a revised printing in 1975. This is a full set of 20 volumes. The set is in excellent condition. I posted them on Ebay for sale and I can ship them media mail for about $15.00- $20.00. The box weighs 35 pounds.
I want $140.00 plus shipping for the set but I have them up for auction so the market will determine the price if I don't sell them to someone here on the board.

That is a great set of books, I have a set I got in late 70's, I would wait anxiously for the next one to show. I am keeping mine though, along with my copy of Silent World, and Whales, both also by Jacques Cousteau. Good luck with sale Debraw.

I picked up a complete set at a used book store soon after JYC passed away for about 40 bucks in mint condition. Good luck on your auction.

I have been doing a little research via the internet and the books are valued at anywhere between $6 and $10 a volume depending on which volume it is and the condition they are in. $40 was a great deal! Hold on to them you never know they may increase even further.
