It is simply an advertisement, and shouldn't be here. But, we don't have a Classified category for 'training' or 'courses', so I am not sure where to move this.

Good point. Maybe we should have such an area? Or several such areas under our many geographic areas? Generally you are only interested in courses w/in a geographical area.
