Join Nanaimo Dive Outfitters as we invite Kirk Krack of Performance Freediving to teach a basic Freediving course Oct 21-23 here in Nanaimo. The cost is only $345 (+tax) and includes your books, a T-shirt, pool and classroom, and certification. The ocean dives will be done from the Seadragon and we have a special rate for each afternoon. The goal is to attain a static breath hold of 3min for the pool training and a depth of 60 ft. for the ocean.
