Yesterday 10/25 when Ben and I were on the way back from Mono Lobo (who needs a dive boat! 
) we found a dive light. It didn't look like it had been down very long and it still lights up and everything.
If you lost one at South Monastery (out a ways from shore) shoot me a PM with the description and we can see if its yours.
As a side note this was about the same area some of the Monterey Bay Sea Otters had gone down for a dive.
