ive beento millvil before its anice spot
there are a handfull of crappy sites but theres alot of nice sites as well...
i have a few favriots i try to get when i go there..
for me its a ez cheap get away, and about 20 minn from a handfull of decent dive sites in the newport area
 
ok
local newport sites.

Lands end (parkin is a issue during the summer months)
Kings beach (yawn) but lotsa tropicals in the late summer
Green bridge (nice dive but a long swim to get to the cool spot)
Breyton Pt. (not bad... if its a little choppy and ya get in the surge its not alot of fun. its shallow. 30'max but is perety neat rocks and lotsa fish)
Ft. Adams (several coves to dive here... nothing in particular there, but if you do the southern most cove. it has some small ledges and you can get as deep as 90 ish and still be on a decent bottom composition

in jamestown you can dive potters cove but thats kinda boaring unless your looking for clams or hermit crabs..

Weatherll has a handfull of varios dive sites that are probally worth checkin out.
the issue here is its usually full of..... other divers......... during the peak months.
Beavertail is another one.. even tho ive never dove there..
as far as stuff over in south county....
i really dunno. i dont dive over there. not that its bad. im just always somewhere else
