I own a pair of Adjustable Force Fins and am interested in the optional "Whiskers, Shark Teeth, Speed Pods". Can anyone tell me a bit about them besides that they channel water? Are they worth upgrading to? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Sorry to chime in on your question but, I am looking into buying a pair of Delta Tan Force Fins. How do you like your Fins. Are they worth the extra cash??
I am diving the Scuba Pro Split Fins. Just wondering if I would like the Forces.

Brian,

I own a pair of Pro Force Fins and Extra Force Fins with the whiskers. The whiskers make a little more difference. You will notice that the kick is slightly harder than the Pro Force Fin. However, they perform excellently in strong currents. I am very happy with mine. My Pro Force Fins also do well in strong currents, but I think that the whiskers make a noticeable difference.

Solodyver,

I also own a pair of Scuba Pro Twin Jets and a pair of Scuba Pro Jet fins. Overall, the split fins are very comfortable. However, I found them a little less responsive when swimming against a strong current. I would take me more effort to move against a currently.

Dive safe.

i love them but i have adjustable force fins which wre tricky for me to get set up right , 10 min.....they are the firsit thing i put on before i go in the water....easy to walk in ....want to try them w/ whiskers they are spendy and i think you should also get a good set of booties,
keep breathing:)
