for sidemounting Hollis SMS50 or Razor?

Which type of lp 95 tank you use for the single tank sidemounting, the faber or worthington tank? I've always heard single sidemount with steels doesn't work so curious how it felt. How much weight did you need to put on the other side to make it balance?

I was using a Faber LP 95. I expected bad things as it does not work well single tank with my Nomad.

I was however pleasantly surprised as when swimming it was not an issue, and when stopped, it was just a slow gentle roll to about a 45 degree angle to the left (tank) side. 3 pounds on the right waist or in the right trim pocket would have made it very manageable.

Very cool. I dove with Steve some years ago when it was in the development stage and couldn't see myself trying to blow into a plastic tube back home in cold water with gloves on! 45 pounds of lift is enough for just about anything.
