Some foreign custom folks are known to take apart BC's to look for contraband. People I know purposely remove their inflator hose and secure them separately from the BC. This will assure that the O ring will not be lost when custom reassembles your gear. You probably woant to buy extra O rings for your gears also... If you are bringing along spareair or pony tanks, make sure that they are empty, and remove the valve from them and secure in clear plastic bags. Custom like to look inside tanks - as xray can not penetrate them.

because some people like to use pony tanks and they are not usually available for rent.
