Hey guys, searching didnt turn up anything.

What's the best way to fly with a drysuit? We're always told to avoid putting heavy stuff on top of our suits but I think my suit may be too large to carry on.

At my disposal I have a large duffel bag in which the bottom is reinforced but the top is soft.

How do you pack your drysuit on a plane?

I took both of my TLS350 drysuits with me to the Galapagos. We were limited to 1 checked bag, so I packed 1 suit in my checked bag (on top of everything else) & packed my other in my carry- on roller back pack (also on top). I had to get a little creative with my packing, but got it all there.

Back plate and wings.

I travel with one or two drysuits all the time. Never had a problem. Like you I have rolling duffel bags that are hard on the bottom. I put the suit in, then build up some support around them on all sides with other stuff. In particular I put my fins on their sides on either side of the DS. This seems to do the trick, and I've never had a problem.
