my nose is blocked, my lung does not not feel happy my forehead is hurting, I have pretty much fewer but can work....
So after I recover and everything feels right, how long shall I wait, because maybe something is still blocked and make problems under water.
With flu I don't go to a physician nor I take medication (beside vitamin c)
One week? two weeks?

Hi h90,

No specific time frame can be given as it is entirely dependent upon the individual case.

Divers with a cold, influenza or other illness with congestive features should not return to scuba until they can breathe freely and easily and equalize consistently and with only gentle effort. They should be free of other signs and symptoms that pose problems for safe scuba and feel fully up to the activity.

Helpful?
