Don't feel too bad. I finally made it to the FG on my 13th try! 13 must be my lucky number because I had given up ever seeing it when a friend called and offered me a cancelled spot if I could be there in about 3 hours. Called the husband at work and told him I'd see him in 3 days, packed and left within the hour! It was well worth the wait...seas flat as a pancake, 100+ vis, little to no current and 2 Whale Sharks!!!
I've been on the Sea Searcher for overnight rig trips and the Rinn Fling for the FG. I much prefer the Sea Searcher because with the same sized boat, they only book 18 spots compared to 30+ on the Rinn boats. Other than that, both ops are equal in every way.
