Venture Out Unit 411 is a waterfront unit with 33' of dock space that will provide you with all of the comforts of home. Rather than be cramped into a simplistic motel room, you'll have all of the benefits of having a kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, central air conditioning, and 33' of dock space. Three TV's with 80+ channels and a DVD player are provided for your convenience along with a phone for local calls, gas barbecue, and a washer & dryer.
Venture Out is a gated waterfront community that features a heated swimming pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, saltwater swimming lagoon, picnic areas, marina with a boat ramp, boat cleaning station, fish cleaning station, lighted tennis courts & bocce ball area, shuffleboard, ping pong, basketball courts, playground, and horseshoes. In addition, there is an on-site store and post office, plus the recreation center provides guests with free wi-fi access. Our home is located just 7 miles from Looe Key Marine Sanctuary (great diving and snorkeling), plus the Florida Keys provide great fishing. We are 23 miles from Key West, 140 miles from Miami, 167 miles from Fort Lauderdale, and 368 miles from Orlando.
The regular season rate of $895 per week is in effect from December 15th through August 15th. The first week of mini-lobster season which covers the dates July 25 & 26 is $1050, and the first week of lobster season which begins August 6th is also $1050. Low season runs from August 16th through December 14th at a rate of $700 per week. Discounts are given for month-long rentals. Additional fees include 12.5% tax (5% lodging tax & 7.5% sales tax), a $90 housekeeping/cleaning fee, and a $35 booking fee, all of which is payable to our real estate agent when you book. When you arrive at Venture Out, there is a $53.75 charge for registration payable to the park. Sorry, no pets permitted, and smoking is not allowed inside the unit.
