Literally hot off the press and just instituted today, I believe. If you're 50% or more service-connected disabled, you get a FREE 5-year hunting and fishing license that includes LOBSTER. This is huge as previously, 100% disabled vets qualified for no-cost licenses.

The Resident Persons with Disabilities License includes Saltwater Fishing, Freshwater Fishing, and Hunting licenses; and Deer, Wildlife Management Area, Archery, Muzzleloading Gun, Crossbow, Turkey, Florida Waterfowl, Snook, and Lobster permits.
