I guess I'm a displaced Floridian, officially my residence is in Tallahassee (according to the U.S. Census), originally from Milton, Fl (just outside of P-Cola) I am stationed in Wyoming but plan on moving back when my tour is over in 13 months...Do I qualify?
Oh yeah, all my dives are logged in Florida, maybe that helps...
