Key Largo has the best diving in the Keys. Use a smaller outfit with "six-pack" boats. I have wife and 2 kids that dive, they would take just the four of us for no addtional charge. It was like having our own private charter. Avoid the cattle boats.

The Spiegle grove is a "must dive". The reefs are ok, but the drift diving up arround Miami and Ft. Lauderdale is better.

I aggree with one of the previous post about Key West, not that great. The Dry Tortugas was cool, once. Just another opinion.
