Suggestions for use on SLA???

#1 Use trickle charger and then switch to float charger to top off and maintain.
#2 use float charger for whole operation and throw away alarm clock.
#3 forget the float charger and just use a trickle.

We use the float chargers on the boat and motorcycle batteries over the winter just for maintance. after getting a great deal on some float chargers I got the idea to use the float charger to charge the dive light batteries so I would not have to watch the charging process and switch chargers to prevent cooking them. Can't beat $4.99. Every friend I have that owns a bike got one as a stocking stuffer for Non-denominational Winter Holiday (Dec25)
