FLL/Miami area, best dive sites this time of year?

I’m going to be in South Florida this week and was hoping to submerge myself. Does anyone have any recommendations for dive shops and/or sites?

I like Sea Experience and South Florida Divers in Ft Lauderdale and Rainbow Reef in Key Largo.
It is worth the dive to Key Largo. I prefer the reefs and fish there.

Blue heron bridge is a fun shore dive if your timing works out and you have a buddy. I have always had great diving from West Palm. Calypso, Lazy Days and Emerald have all been fun to dive with. If you ask around, you might find a group who is focusing on Lion fish, and seeking out spots that are less hunted.
