Hi Iraida

As far as I know you can’t use a strobe with the Oceanic+ case as there is no way to sync the strobe with the camera. We put the case on a tray with two video lights, one either aside on flexible arms. We have two Light and Motion Sola 3800 video lights and like them a lot but I don’t know a great deal about video lights. Other members may have more recommendations or do some research on the best video lights for your budget. Backscatter does good reviews.
In our experience using an iPhone 14 Pro Max in the Oceanic works well for video and can take ok photos at shallower depths.
