FL Dive Groups April 25 to May 9? Dive op recommendation in the Keys?

Hello,

My wife and I will be in FL between April 25 and May 9. We'll be spending some time near Gainsville and also the Keys. Are there any groups that are open to having a couple of "visitors" join in a dive or two?

Up North we're probably going to dive Ginnie Springs and Devil's Den. Any other suggestions?

Are there any dive op's in the key's you would recommend?

We're Rec divers so no cave/wreck penetration. We'd enjoy seeing manatees, hunting fossils, and enjoying marine life in general.
